Oil, Filter and Lube Service
Bodymotion offers a Valvoline oil change and lube service. This service is your best value when compared to so-called “bargain” express lube establishments. Bodymotion recommends that your oil be changed every 3,000 miles or at the change of season. It is important to provide your vehicle with a motor oil that is specifically formulated to protect your car’s engine during each season’s most extreme temperatures. A Bodymotion Oil & Lube Service provides your vehicle with:

Synthetic
For customers who wish to use a synthetic oil in their vehicle, Bodymotion advocates the use of Torco SR-1. Torco SR-1 Synthetic Motor Oils are a selective cross blend of highly advanced 100% synthetic base oils and proprietary additives aimed at power effeciency and engine protection. SR-1's performance is not compromised by standardized additive technology or by competitors' price points. It is simply a purpose built, specialty formula designed to exceed the demands of high performance Japanese, European and US sports cars.
SR-1 is reccomended for stock, tuned or modified, light truck and sport vehicles where the specific viscosity is required. Zinc, Phosphorus, and Your Engine
Do you have an air-cooled 911 or a high performance muscle car? These engines require more from their oil than many current oils, even synthetic oils, can provide. What many oils today are lacking is the anti-wear additive ZDDP, which is Zinc and Phosphorus based. These additives have gradually been reduced in motor oils for road going cars by the EPA because they are believed to have an adverse affect on catalytic converters. Therefore, many modern off the shelf motor oils do not offer the anti-wear protection, due to the lack of ZDDP, that these engines require and were originally built to have from motor oil.
Bodymotion offers a wide range of Racing oils from Torco and Valvoline that will meet the needs of your high performance motor or air cooled 911. We also offer the ZEP and MPZ Zinc additives from Torco. These additives, while providing the extra Zinc needed in these motors will also help reduce friction and wear as well as provide increases in horsepower and torque. They will help protect your engine from dry starts and protect it during storage. Even if you choose to use a conventional motor oil, or a synthetic motor oil in your vehicle, we can add ZEP or MPZ to make sure you have the necessary protection your engine needs.
Racing Oils
For the ultimate in protection for you high performance racing engine Bodymotion offers Torco SR-5 Racing Oil. This is the premiere engine oil for your racing applications. Torco SR-5 was developed under the most severe racing conditions. SR-5 has superb anti-foaming characteristics that many other synthetics can not match. It has been developed for high revving, high heat engines. It is quite simply the best oil for racing that we have found.
