This car was completely restored by its current owner less than 5,000 miles ago. The engine and transmission have been completely overhauled and updated, all of the brakes and components replaced with factory new parts by Bodymotion. With the exception of the period correct gold BBS wheels and the B&B stainless steel performance exhaust and Pioneer radio and speakers this car is all correct. The Bodymotion restoration shop replaced all of the interior carpets and upholstery with genuine German leather and carpet materials and looks 100% new. As is the cabriolet top and headliner.
The exterior body was stripped to the bare zinc plated steel and refinished in guards red with clear coat. All of the rubber seals and trim have been replaced. The current owner is meticulous and the car is in concourse condition. The car originally was built in the factory with air conditioning; since the a/c was never used it was completely removed during the restoration
